I actually have to take time away from Twitter. I’m just so happy. I’m truly excited about life. I wake up every morning and I’m like YES!!!!! God is blessing my loved ones so much I’m just like YES! The Beau is 1 week away from the bar… YES!!! I have two new nieces… YES!!!

Today’s Workout: Pure Cardio (But I’m going to have to do even more because yesterday’s workout was thwarted by pure evil known as bootleg karma)

Breakfast: Protein Shake & Small Coffee (black)
Meal 2: My favorite Zone Perfect bar - Oatmeal Raisin & a small apple
Lunch: Diced chicken, sweet peas, corn, and brown rice

Stop doubting myself. When I’m passionate about something, I can truly own it. I’m not average, I’m above it. This time around, I truly deserve it. I worked really hard for it.

Today’s workout: Fit Test
Today’s Meals: Supposed to do five 300 calorie meals. With a few extra calories here and there.
Breakfast - Coffee Protein Shake. Skim Milk, 2 scoops of shake powder (Body By Vi), and 1/3 tsp instant cappuccino. Total Cal. 210 (This is actually too low, I’m going to see how it works with my energy)
